Music Hall MMF-5.3 Belt Drive Turntable; MMF5.3; Ortofon 2M Blue MM

Purchased the player new fall of 2022.
Double plinth design where the motor and the tone are on completely separate plinths.
Comes with original packaging and all accessories.
The reason for the modifications are simple..... better sound. I was experiencing some hum/ static that i eventually traced to the ground wire not being fully attached to the ground post.
The motor was also rubbing against the plastic beauty shield coving the motor. I would have removed it entirely but it it was only cosmetic. However it kept the height appropriate for the motor. By boring out a large hold it allowed for more room for the pully and fixed the issue.
The Dynamat was added because it works. I've used it in many applications from speaker, CD players, computers, cars and more and it does a great job adding mass and absorbing frequencies. This reduced motor noise even further.
Modifications include:

Soldering tone arm cables more securely to RCA posts.

Boring large top hold on motor shroud.

Adding Dynamat to plastic motor shroud and motor mount.

Dynamat entire lower plinth

Cork matt (Music Hall mat doesnt need any VTA changes)

I have attached RPM charts for both 33 and 45 modes.
Modifications can easily be reverted.
Pro-Ject is the manufacture for Music-Hall and most parts are cross compatible.
Tone arm, motor, platter, belt, sub platter are all parts from Pro-Ject. This is no secret and Pro-Ject happens to make a vast majority of the turntables in world market.
